説明している側がわかってないからさっぱりわからんが
親切心で解釈するなら『ナットを支えるかたちでインパクトを持ち、通常ならインパクト本体に指位置をズラすところ、ボルトに指をあてがったまま、そのまま指が挟まる位置でインパクトのトリガーを引いた』と言ったところか。もしその通りなら全治しても指の形は変わってるだろうね。
